Food Safety at Brim Meat

Food safety is the cornerstone of our operations—it’s the foundation on which Brim Meat was built and the driving force behind everything we do. As a USDA federally inspected facility, Brim Meat operates under a fully implemented, validated, and continuously verified food safety system. This system includes comprehensive HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) programs, prerequisite protocols, and standard operating procedures that ensure safety at every stage of our process—from receiving live animals to shipping the final product. Our dedicated Quality Assurance team continuously monitors these systems, which are further verified through independent third-party audits and oversight by USDA FSIS inspectors, ensuring we meet or exceed all industry and regulatory standards.
